FRÉDÉRIC BOSON - Managing Director
Frédéric Boson has accumulated over 10 years of experience in hotel management and tourism, in operational management where he proposed turnaround solutions, as well as in the strategic operational advisory. Before joining Eurofin Hospitality, Frédéric also specialized in the restructuring of hotel companies and leisure centres as well as on the development of strategic concepts and the management of tourist destinations. Frédéric has developed a strong network within the tourism industry, especially in the domains of thermal centres and sustainable development.

GRÉGORY SAUDAN - Consultant
Grégory Saudan joined Eurofin Hospitality in 2009. A graduate of HEC Lausanne, assistant at the Tourism Institute of the University of Lausanne, he has led and participated in several studies of impact and perception (Tour de Romandie, Geneva International Airport, UEFA Euro 2008). Grégory has also conducted several consulting assignments as a freelance in the fields of sport and tourism, especially for the services of economy, accommodation and tourism, as well as for the service of physical education and Sport of the Canton of Vaud . Grégory is particularly specialized in marketing and communication.

GÉRARD ANDRÉ - Wellness Expert
Gérard André has more than 20 years of experience in the thermal industry. As a Managing Director, Gérard has led the design, monitoring, launching and operation of five different thermal centres in France (Ax-les-Thermes), Spain (Caldea), Belgium (Thermes de Spa) and Switzerland (Bains de Lavey and Bains de la Gruyère). Altogether, the centres that he has managed host each year more than 1.5 million visitors and are all profitable. He was also a consultant for over 20 years of the foreign trade of France and author of several reports for the Ministry of Tourism. Gerard holds a Doctorate in Law and Political Science.

ANNE-MARIE AURIAULT - Senior Consultant
Anne-Marie has accumulated 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry in the field of management and hotel consulting. A graduate of the Master’s in Business Administration program at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Anne-Marie took over three years the role of Associate Director for Horwath HTL in Budapest. Her responsibilities have allowed her to develop a significant experience in the Central and Eastern European and Russian markets. Specialised in development advisory, project management and financial analysis, Anne-Marie has been involved in the accomplishment of market and feasibility studies, brand selection, business plans, due diligence and financial valuations thorough the CEE and Russia region as well as Switzerland, France, Monaco, Dubai, the US and the Seychelles.

EMMANUEL BARRETO - Senior Consultant
Emmanuel Barreto is an internationally recognised expert in tourism sector development having headed the International Trade Centre's (Geneva) Trade in Services Unit for four years. He has over 15 years professional experience in business development and strategic positioning, and has worked in over 50 countries worldwide. He has a great talent for investigating opportunities and possesses an intimate knowledge of tourism development challenges particularly in relation to community and environmental implications. Emmanuel has conceptualised and implemented community-based projects to develop production capacity and integrate local products and services into tourism and hotel supply-chains, following eco-friendly business models and applying the concept of sustainability. Emmanuel is a Brazilian national, an economics-graduate from the University of California Los Angeles and post-graduated in politics of economic development from the London School of Economics.
